Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the face of AuFluence for our customers — guiding them through the entire gold-selling journey, whether at our branch or at their doorstep. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in gold loan, NBFC, or gold-buying customer service (e.g., Muthoot Gold Point, Manappuram, IIFL, or similar) who understands how to build trust around gold transactions and is comfortable with KYC, documentation, and customer-facing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website bookings) and schedule appointments
- Visit customers' homes for doorstep gold valuation and selling, as well as assist walk-in customers at the branch
- Clearly explain the AuFluence process (cleaning, melting, XRF testing, pricing) to build customer confidence
- Convert valuation appointments into closed transactions through transparent, consultative selling
Process Execution
- Conduct KYC verification (ID proof, documentation) as per compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the gold valuation expert during cleaning, melting, and purity testing
- Ensure customers receive their gold valuation certificate and complete documentation
- Confirm instant fund transfer post customer agreement
Relationship & Records
- Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, appointments, and transactions (digital + register-based)
- Follow up on leads that don't convert immediately; build repeat/referral relationships
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, escalating where required
- Support local marketing efforts (referrals, community outreach) in Panvel/Navi Mumbai/Thane belt
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing gold loan / gold buying role
- Working knowledge of gold purity, KYC norms, and basic gold valuation concepts
- Comfortable traveling locally for doorstep appointments (two-wheeler preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Trustworthy, presentable, and confident handling cash/gold-related transactions in customer homes
- Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, simple apps/forms, smartphone usage)
