Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
- Follow up with customers regarding service status
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support service advisors in improving customer experience
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualification:
- Plustwo/Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience in customer service or automobile industry is an advantage
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
