Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Channel Sales Executive to expand our distribution network and grow our cleaning products brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, appointing distributors and wholesalers, developing institutional sales, and strengthening market presence
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and appoint new distributors and wholesalers.
* Develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Visit wholesalers, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
* Generate new leads and convert them into business.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
* Prepare daily visit reports and follow-up reports.
* Coordinate with management for pricing, schemes, and business planning.
Requirements
* Experience in FMCG, Cleaning Products, Chemicals, or related industry preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
