Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Unit Manager to oversee the complete operations of the sweets and savouries unit. The candidate will be responsible for production coordination, staff management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, inventory control, hygiene standards, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sweet shop/unit efficiently.
- Supervise production, sales, billing, and customer service activities.
- Ensure availability of sweets, savouries, snacks, and related products as per demand.
- Monitor product quality, taste consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Train and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for raw material availability.
- Monitor stock levels, wastage control, and inventory management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, kitchen area, and outlet cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall profitability of the unit.
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and operational MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with management regarding business improvements and promotional activities.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, Food Production, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sweets, bakery, restaurant, or food retail operations.
- Experience in handling outlet/unit operations is mandatory.
