Explain the franchise business model, investment plans, and company support system to potential partners.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final agreement closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and setup process for new franchisees.
Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and franchise meetings.
Work towards achieving assigned business development and franchise expansion targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or client acquisition
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
