About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional from the Food/FMCG industry with 20+ years of experience in driving channel sales, distributor management, retail expansion, and market development. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade partners, general trade partners , HORECA , and retail networks and have a proven track record of achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business through distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
- Drive sales growth, market penetration, and territory expansion through E-commerce .
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Execute product promotion and brand visibility initiatives across assigned markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives while strengthening channel partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management within the Food/FMCG industry.
- Strong network of distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners.
- Proven experience in business expansion, relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
