Sales Executive – Luxury Furniture Showroom
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury furniture showroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, understands premium retail, and enjoys helping customers design beautiful living spaces.
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, furniture, interiors, home décor, premium lifestyle products, real estate, automobiles, jewellery, or similar high-value sales.
As the first point of contact in the showroom, you will guide customers through our range of luxury sofas, recliners, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and home décor, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their lifestyle, space, and design requirements.
- Recommend furniture solutions that suit customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from enquiry to purchase.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and repeat clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge, including materials, upholstery, customization options, and current collections.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and reflects luxury retail standards.
- Use CRM systems to record customer interactions and manage sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, furniture, interiors, home décor, premium lifestyle products, real estate, automobiles, jewellery, or similar high-value sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Confidence in handling premium clientele.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM).
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in furniture or interior design sales is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of space planning or home interiors is desirable.
- Existing network with architects and interior designers is a plus.
