Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects from provided lists, adhering to scripts and compliance standards.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Present product/service features and benefits clearly, tailoring the pitch to customer needs.
- Qualify leads by asking the right questions and recording essential customer data.
- Set appointments or schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email as required.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and notes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex queries to supervisors or relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
- Help collect feedback and report common objections or market insights to improve scripts and offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, data-protection regulations, and telecalling best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Proven experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and [local language, e.g., Bengali/Hindi] as needed.
- Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Pleasant phone manner, clear voice, and good diction.
- Basic data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
