We are hiring one experienced individual contributor who has already cracked Europe outbound from India and brings a working playbook — not someone who will learn by trial and error on our pipeline.

End-to-end outbound prospecting into UK, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics — supply chain, logistics, and operations leaders at enterprise pharma, CPG, and manufacturing accounts

A multichannel motion: cold calling (mandatory — Europe responds to phone far more than email), email sequences, and LinkedIn

A quarterly target of qualified meetings / SQLs with European buyers, with pipeline handoff to sales leadership

Territory and account research: ICP refinement, trigger-based prospecting, and building target lists from the right EU data sources

GDPR / PECR-compliant prospecting practices, including legitimate-interest framing and EU-safe data tooling

3–6 years in SDR / BDR roles at a B2B SaaS company, of which 1.5–2+ years owning a European territory, prospecting from India

A demonstrable track record: meetings booked, quota attainment %, and which European markets you covered (be ready to show numbers)

Comfortable cold calling European prospects — a clear, confident communicator on the phone

Hands-on with the EMEA tool stack: Cognism / Kaspr / Lusha (EU phone data), Apollo / ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Salesforce, and a sequencer (Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, or similar)

Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to outbound — what you can and cannot do with EU prospect data

An enterprise or upper mid-market motion — selling to director / VP-level buyers, not SMB volume dialing

A European language (German especially) — a bonus, not a requirement

Experience opening a new territory from scratch (first SDR on a region)
