Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and general office administration. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, Tally, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist in GST return preparation and compliance.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for statutory requirements.
Office Administration
- Handle office documentation and filing.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers.
- Manage office supplies and administrative activities.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Support management in day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- / / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 1–3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
