Hiring – Junior HR Executive | Real Estate Company
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Junior HR Executive to join our growing real estate firm.
Location: Sector No. 04, Moshi, PCMC, Pune
Industry: Real Estate
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years in HR
Skills: Recruitment, HR Operations, MS Excel, Communication & Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Managing employee onboarding and documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and employee record management.
- Assisting in payroll coordination and HR operations.
- Maintaining HR policies and compliance records.
- Coordinating with different departments for manpower requirements.
- Supporting employee engagement and daily HR activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Preferably from Real Estate or related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
