About the Role
Tula Properties Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Site Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential, plotted development, villa, high-rise apartment, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction timelines.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Quality Control
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures at the site.
- Coordinate testing of construction materials and maintain quality records.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity and compliance with project requirements.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Monitor resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability of materials.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.
Cost Control
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Assist in budget control and cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain records of site expenditures and resource utilization.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Maintain site documentation as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local authority approvals and construction norms.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site registers, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and project documentation.
- Prepare measurement sheets and work completion reports.
- Submit periodic updates to management regarding project status, risks, and delays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate construction projects.
- Experience in residential apartments, villas, plotted developments, townships, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, finishing works, and project execution.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Candidates with experience in high-rise residential developments, plotted development projects, managed farmlands, villa communities, and luxury real estate projects will be given preference.
CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
