Experience Required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker (mandatory).
- Experience in sales generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
- Manage the complete freight booking process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Freight Broker.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Candidates residing in Mohali or Kharar will be preferred.
