Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Manager to manage and grow our agricultural products export business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international buyers, analyzing market data, managing export documentation, and coordinating export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international buyers and importers.
- Analyze buyer data, market trends, and export opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle complete export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Shipping Instructions
- Letter of Credit (LC) documentation (if applicable)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare export reports and maintain accurate records.
