About the Role:
We are looking for a hyper-focused, taste-driven Video Editor to join our team on-site in Noida.
If you view editing as just "stitching clips together," this isn't for you. We are looking for an editor who understands the anatomy of a modern hook, understands pacing naturally, gets frustrated when a cut is two frames too long, and relies on good sound design—not just loud background music.
You will be working out of our workspace in Gaur City Centre Mall, Noida.
What You Will Actually Do:
- Retention Editing: Cut, pace, and polish high-performing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) designed for high viewer retention.
- The Full Stack: Take raw A-roll / talking-head footage and handle the pacing, B-roll sourcing, typography, sound design (SFX layering), and basic color grading.
- Format Agility: Seamlessly shift between high-energy short form, video podcasts, talking-head educational content, and cinematic cuts.
- Workflow Management: Keep local project files, assets, and timelines meticulously organized so another editor could open your project and understand it instantly.
Requirements (The Non-Negotiables):
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- The Tools: Advanced command over Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. (After Effects proficiency is a massive plus).
- The "Eye": You don't just rely on auto-generated CapCut templates; you understand manual keyframing, clean masking, and custom typography.
- The Commute: You must live within a comfortable, realistic daily commuting distance to Gaur City Centre Mall, Noida.
- Reliability: You hit deadlines. Period.

- You are looking for a Remote or Hybrid role (This is 100% work-from-desk).
- Your primary editing software is a mobile app (CapCut mobile, VN Editor, etc).
- You do not have a clickable, organized showreel or portfolio link ready to view.
