About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and business development activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive approach to business expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and long-term customers.
- Explore new markets and industry segments to expand the company's reach.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Foster long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Market Research & Networking
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Establish relationships with industry partners and key decision-makers.
- Identify emerging opportunities and provide market intelligence to management.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business opportunities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating business.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
