Required candidate who have minimum 1 year experience in Medical HR field, who can recruit employees, act as a bridge between employees and management, and handle employee complaints and grievances. Have Knowledge about ESI, PF, PTax and other relevant Compliances. Can Recruit Candidate via phone call and look after Employee on-boarding procedure.
