Role Purpose-
To support business development efforts by guiding and overseeing the demonstration and delivery of Nucleus’ platforms & solutions as a part of client sales pitches and provide support in client management at the demo stage.
Areas of Responsibility-
Product Demonstration-
-
Participate in sales strategy meetings and offer inputs based on market/competitor information and internal analysis.

Ensure that support is provided to sales teams during pitches through product demonstrations and presentations that best highlight the product’s features, utility and competitive advantage to potential clients.

Engage, question, and participate in deep-dive discussions/ value workshops with customers and/or Sales team for thorough understanding of customers' existing scenarios, business drivers, pain-points, gaps, competition, core objectives; seek clarity on and understand customers' evaluation processes & key evaluation criteria.

Lead and conduct clients demos or workshops for large account pitches and offer inputs based on client requirements and product features.

Act as a product evangelist and highlight benefits of product features to clients as well as internal teams.

Conduct GA Sanity Testing after GA release deployed in Pre-Sales servers.
RFPs-

Thoroughly review the RFP document to understand the client's requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
- Identify key stakeholders and subject matter experts needed for the response.

Collaborate with technical experts to design a solution that meets the client's needs.
-
Ensure the proposed solution aligns with the company's capabilities and strategic goals.

Draft responses for each section of the RFP, including functional aspects and Executive Summary.

Use existing content libraries and past proposals to streamline the writing process.

Ensure that all responses comply with the RFP requirements and guidelines.
-
Verify that all mandatory information and documents are included.
-
Conduct internal reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Edit the content to improve readability and impact.

Identify potential risks associated with the proposed solution and develop mitigation strategies.

Document any assumptions and dependencies.

Perform a final review of the entire RFP response to ensure completeness and quality.

Prepare for potential presentations, demos or discussions with the client post-submission.
Relationship Building-

Liaise with client stakeholders and ensure all requirements are gathered in order to structure the product demos and other supporting collaterals
- Engage with prospective clients and industry leaders to understand business challenges and incorporate changes in internal procedures
Process Improvement-

Stay up to date with industry leading best practices and latest trends and offer insights to sales teams as well as product development teams.
- Implement new processes and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of product demonstrations.
People Management-

Review MIS reports created by Pre-sales Executives; analyze and provide insights to senior stakeholders as required.

Manage, mentor and inspire a team and team members including managing performance, goals and development potential, and evaluate potential new talent.

Provide support to resolve conflict between multiple work streams / groups; provide inputs on goal setting and performance appraisals of team members; identify training needs for associates based on the client requirements.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the team; provide support to team members to achieve their knowledge goals and build expertise.
