Manager – International Sourcing & Global Supply Chain
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager of International Sourcing & Global Supply Chain to lead global procurement, vendor development, and cross-border logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience sourcing raw materials and managing supply chain execution across international markets (including China, Europe, North America, and the Middle East), serving industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Agrochemicals, or Food.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, qualify, and evaluate international suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and secure strategic supply agreements with global partners.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Oversee end-to-end cross-border operations, including shipment planning, import/export compliance, custom clearances, and demand forecasting to ensure 95%+ on-time delivery performance.
- Vendor & Partner Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between overseas manufacturers and domestic buyers, fostering strategic partnerships and long-term supplier relationships.
- Inventory & Replenishment: Optimize inventory availability through demand planning and proactive coordination with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Market Development & Trade Representation: Utilize trade data analysis tools to identify market opportunities and represent the organization at global trade shows and exhibitions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated international sourcing and global supply chain experience
- Industry Focus: Proven background in sourcing raw materials/products for Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, Agrochemicals, or Food industries.
- Technical & Data Tools: Hands-on experience with import/export trade data platforms (e.g., Volza, Row2), ERP/CRM systems, and advanced Excel/MIS reporting.
- Core Competencies: Commercial negotiation, cross-border logistics management, vendor development, and international contract drafting.
