ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial controls for a leading construction organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee accounting and financial operations
* Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances
* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports
* Lead audit processes and coordinate with internal/external auditors
* Monitor project-wise financial performance, budgets and cash flows
* Ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance
* Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
* 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
* Strong expertise in accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
* Experience in Construction / Real Estate will be preferred
* Strong analytical, reporting and financial management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
