Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, fee collections, and day-to-day accounting operations of the institute. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain institute accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Manage student fee collection, receipts, and reconciliation
- Handle vouchers, bills, and expense tracking
- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports
- Work on Tally / accounting software for bookkeeping
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Support audit processes and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with management for financial updates and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com with experience / M.Com or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting (education institute experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Experience in education institute accounting or fee management
- Knowledge of ERP / fee management software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
