Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring across technical and non-technical roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly (Keka preferred)
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview updates
- Assist in offer roll-out and documentation process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
- Basic understanding of IT and non-IT hiring
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of ATS (Keka preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
