Job Title: Project Manager – Marketing & Social Media
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows that a great campaign isn't just delivered on time—it's delivered right, with every team, timeline, and deliverable moving in sync. Someone who can juggle multiple clients and moving parts without ever dropping the ball, and who sees themselves as the glue that holds strategy, creative, and execution together.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing and social media projects—timelines, milestones, budgets and scope
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative Design, Video, Performance Marketing, Website and Client Servicing teams
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and run daily/weekly project review meetings
- Resolve dependencies and remove execution bottlenecks
- Own client and stakeholder communication—expectations, updates, and feedback loops
- Oversee delivery of integrated campaigns—social calendars, creative assets, website updates, SEO and paid activities
- Build and improve project workflows, SOPs and introduce automation/productivity tools
- Track project health via KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Mentor project coordinators and team leads, and support hiring/onboarding of PM resources
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, Branding or Creative Agency
- Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing/branding projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding and Web Development
- Hands-on experience with tools like Trello, Google Sheet
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
