We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, software installation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Repair laptops of major brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and Apple (preferred).
- Replace and upgrade SSD, HDD, RAM, keyboards, batteries, screens, hinges, cooling fans, and other components.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and software.
- Perform data backup and data migration.
- Troubleshoot motherboard-level issues (preferred).
- Install antivirus and optimize system performance.
- Test laptops after repair and ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain repair records and service reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and delivery.
