We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Forex Executive to handle retail foreign exchange operations. The candidate will assist customers with buying and selling foreign currencies, process forex transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies for retail customers
- Assist walk-in customers with forex requirements (travel, remittance, etc.)
- Provide accurate exchange rate information and currency quotations
- Process forex transactions and maintain transaction records
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
- Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Build customer relationships and promote forex services
Requirements:
- Experience in forex / currency exchange / banking preferred
- Knowledge of retail forex operations (B2C) is a must
- Understanding of exchange rates, compliance, and documentation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong numerical and cash-handling ability
- Honest, detail-oriented, and professional
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
