Responsible for setting the Restaurant as instructed by the Senior Captain / Captain.
Assists with setting up and placing decorations and arrangements on tables.
Performs Restaurant preparation functions.
Dates, labels, and stores all products in an efficient and sanitary manner.
Performs clearance of tables in the experiential dining restaurant.
Demonstrates safety with the operation of equipment.
Works cooperatively with service staff to assure smooth operations.
Timely clearance of setup and clearance of soiled plates and service dishes to ensure clean and tidy experience for the guests
To ensure the cleanliness of the floors in the Restaurant.
To assist in the food pickup for the restaurant.
