Purpose of Hiring
We require a dedicated caller who can handle OEM, customer, and dealer calls efficiently, ensure proper follow-ups, and support the sales team through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to OEMs, customers, and dealers
- Follow up on inquiries and pending responses
- Introduce company products and explain offerings
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested parties
- Record and maintain call data
- Communicate professionally via phone and WhatsApp
- Maintain database of leads and interested customers
- Share daily calling reports
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English understanding required)
- Confidence in calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle WhatsApp communication professionally
- Polite, professional, and convincing communication style
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in telecalling / customer calling / sales support
- Experience in electrical / wire & cable / building materials industry preferred
- Strong follow-up mindset
- Ability to maintain and manage data
- Immediate joiner preferred
Experience
- 0 to 3 years
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduation preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
