Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounts Head to lead and manage the organization's accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and team management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification
- 8–9 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
- Leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting
- Lead and supervise the accounts team
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting
