About the Role
We are looking for a process-oriented and business-focused Dynamics 365 CRM Admin to support and optimize our CRM ecosystem.
This is a purely Admin-focused role that will act as a liaison between the Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Innovation teams to ensure smooth CRM operations, process standardization, workflow improvements, and user support across business functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, CRM implementation, business process optimization, user administration, and CRM operations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

What Will You Do
-
Manage and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM operations, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, entities, and system configurations across Sales and Customer Service modules

Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement business-requested changes across teams
-
Manage user access, permissions, security roles, business units, field-level security, and CRM governance settings

Work closely with RevOps and Innovation teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve process efficiency

Standardize business processes and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and process maps
-
Support lead-to-opportunity lifecycle management and understand the end-to-end customer and sales journey

Design and implement workflows, Business Process Flows (BPFs), routing rules, queues, SLAs, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency

Support CRM implementation, process enhancements, workflow configuration, and system adoption initiatives

Gather business requirements and coordinate with technical/development teams for enhancements and integrations where required

Maintain CRM data quality, duplicate management, auditing, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility across teams

Monitor sales lifecycle processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and remove redundancies

Conduct UAT/testing support, stakeholder coordination, and user training/support to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness

Support CRM integrations and system enhancement initiatives as needed
What We Are Looking For

5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Administration, CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations roles

Strong domain expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically around Sales and Inside Sales modules

Good understanding of CRM implementation, workflow setup, and business process standardization
-
Experience managing user access, permissions, security settings, dashboards, and reporting
-
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, pipeline tracking, and end-to-end sales/customer journey

Exposure to CRM process optimization, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination
-
Good database understanding and ability to work with CRM data structures and reporting
-
Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and process maps
-
Exposure to CRM integrations is an added advantage
-
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-
More functional/admin-focused rather than hardcore technical development focused
