We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office cum Marketing Executive to support daily administrative operations while assisting with marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, coordinating with clients, managing documentation, and contributing to marketing campaigns to help drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Operations
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and correspondence.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office documents.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and content updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
