We are looking for a Home Care Nursing to join our team at Neo Home Health Care to provide quality healthcare services to patients at their homes. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, and administering treatments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000. Key Responsibilities: Identify patients care requirements and assess their health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain patient’s records and reports. Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards. Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is B.Sc in Nursing Graduate or ANM/GNM must candidate.
