Job Responsibilities
- Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department and accordingly drafting a job description.
- Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills through Job portals.
- Screening candidates by conducting telephonic interviews.
- Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with concerned person.
- Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
- Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Co-ordinating with recruitment consultancies
- Hiring is majorly for non-IT roles
Requirements
Knowledge
- The candidate should have scored at least 60% in the 10th standard board exams
- The candidate should hold at least a graduate degree
- The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power-point
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Should be well versed with hiring portals such as Naukri, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Behaviour
- The candidate should be presentable, energetic, create clarity and take initiative
- The candidate should be ready to work under pressure and meet the hiring targets monthly.
- The candidate should be willing to work for 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
