About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the post-selection stage of the hiring process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding, delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Offer Management & Closures
● Drive candidate closures post final selection
● Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and acceptance tracking
● Work closely with candidates to address queries and ensure timely decision-making Candidate Engagement
● Act as the primary POC for selected candidates
● Maintain consistent follow-ups to avoid drop-offs
● Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Onboarding Coordination
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
● Ensure all documentation and pre-joining formalities are completed
● Track joining status and manage any last-minute concerns
Stakeholder Management
● Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams
● Provide regular updates on closures, offer status, and joinings
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
