We are hiring a Tele-Sales & Order Coordinator to manage follow-ups with our existing customers. This is a desk-based calling role — no field visits required.
Your job is to call existing customers regularly, check if they have requirements, and coordinate order confirmation with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Call 15–20 existing customers daily from a provided list
2. Follow up on WhatsApp with interested customers using ready-made message templates
3. Log every call outcome in Google Sheet (called / not picked / interested / order placed)
4. Pass confirmed orders and queries to the senior sales person
5. Share daily call summary with management
6. Keep customer contact records updated
Requirements
1. Fluent Hindi speaker — all customer calls are in Hindi
2. Basic English reading and writing for internal use
3. Comfortable on phone calls and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Polite, confident, and regular
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
Local to Faridabad or nearby preferred
Good to Have
1. Prior tele-calling or customer service experience
2. Any B2B or manufacturing background Knowledge of lift / elevator industry (not mandatory — training provided)
