Job Title: Manager – Inside Sales (Online Courses)
We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Manager – Inside Sales with proven experience in selling online professional courses, especially in domains like Data Science, SAP, and Data Analytics.
The ideal candidate must have strong counseling and sales skills, the ability to convert leads into enrollments, and complete ownership of assigned batches and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and convert leads for online training programs
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain strong coordination with the academic and operations team
- Take complete ownership of assigned targets and student batches
Requirements:
- Mandatory prior experience in selling online courses related to Data Science, SAP, Data Analytics, HR Analytics, or similar professional programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focused
- Must own a Laptop and an Android Phone
