Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company's PCB manufacturing and plastic molding solutions. This role offers excellent learning opportunities for individuals looking to build a career in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Promote the company's PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, and plastic molding products to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
