Technical Support Executive
Location: Zirakpur – VIP Road
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls from US customers.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, and related devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of Technical Support experience.
- Experience with computers, printers, routers, or similar devices.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
Note: Only experienced Technical Support candidates will be considered. Freshers are not eligible.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
