Salary Package
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Position Summary
PVR Builders is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns organized by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales experience from banking, insurance, automobiles, or other high-value sales sectors may also apply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
