Karate Instructor / Karate Master
Natya Rasamandala is looking for a skilled, passionate, and experienced karate instructor/karate master to join our growing academy in Halehalli, Bengaluru.
We are seeking a dedicated martial arts professional who can train and inspire students while creating a disciplined, safe, and motivating learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging karate classes for children and students of different age groups.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Karate techniques, including stances, punches, kicks, blocks, katas, and self-discipline.
- Ensure proper technique, safety, and physical conditioning during training.
- Develop age-appropriate training plans based on students' skill levels.
- Instill discipline, confidence, focus, respect, and sportsmanship among students.
- Prepare interested students for belt grading examinations, competitions, and demonstrations.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive guidance.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment during classes.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and academy management.
- Be punctual and committed to the assigned class schedule.
Requirements
- Professional training and certification in karate or a recognised martial arts discipline.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of karate techniques, forms (kata), sparring, and belt grading systems.
- Experience teaching children is highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, disciplined, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Candidates residing nearby or willing to travel to Halehalli, Bengaluru, will be preferred.
