Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will connect with students and parents who are interested in studying medicine abroad. Your role is to understand their aspirations and guide them through suitable options, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads (students & parents) interested in MBBS abroad programs
Understand student requirements, academic background, and career goals
Provide accurate information about universities, countries, and admission processes
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
Maintain data and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing

Eligibility Criteria
1–5 years of experience in telecalling / sales / counselling
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to build rapport and handle objections
Basic understanding of sales process / willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
Experience in education counselling or overseas education (plus)
Fluent in English + Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
