Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sr Architect to support design development, drawing coordination, and project execution for residential and real estate projects. The role requires a strong understanding and ability to read, interpret, and explain all project drawings including Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior and working drawings, while coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural planning, design coordination and project execution.
- Coordinate with municipal authorities and government departments for approvals and permissions.
- Handle liaisoning activities related to statutory approvals, NOCs and compliance.
- Monitor approval timelines and ensure smooth documentation process.
- Review Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings for execution coordination.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits for inspections, progress review and drawing implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–6 years experience in architecture or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit preferred).
- Ability to understand and interpret multidisciplinary drawings.
- Basic understanding of building bylaws, construction methods and execution processes.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced developer environment and manage timelines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
