Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care, monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' health status and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when needed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection-control standards.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), depending on role requirements.
- Valid nursing license/registration with the relevant nursing council or regulatory authority.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
