Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of products and components.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, PPC, Purchase and Vendors for quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCR, CAPA and quality records.
- Support PPAP, FAI, customer complaints and quality audits.
- Monitor process quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 5 Why.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Automotive / fabrication / railway / bus body / manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
