Key Responsibilities
- Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and AutoPIPE.
- Prepare stress isometrics and stress analysis reports.
- Review piping layouts for flexibility and support adequacy.
- Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, API, and other applicable standards.
- Conduct stress analysis for critical high-temperature and high-pressure piping systems.
- Coordinate with piping, layout, structural, and process teams to resolve interface issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Support proposal preparation, cost estimation, and project scheduling activities.
Required Skills
- 10- 15 years strong experience in piping stress analysis within EPC projects.
- Proficiency in CAESAR II and AutoPIPE.
- Good understanding of ASME and API piping codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
- Exposure to international engineering standards and client requirements.
Pay: ₹354,129.51 - ₹1,370,731.71 per year
