Job Title: Business Development Executive (Telecalling)About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to connect with prospective students and parents who have shown interest through our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements. The primary responsibility is to engage with leads over phone calls, explain our AI and Automation training programs, and convert them into enrollments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can build trust over calls, and is target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to leads provided by the company (generated through Meta advertisements).
- Contact prospective students and parents to understand their requirements.
- Explain our paid internship programs and AI & Automation upskilling courses clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead updates.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve calling strategies and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on course offerings and quickly learn new program details.
Required Skills

- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or education counseling is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage.
- Experience using AI-powered telecalling tools or AI-assisted sales platforms is a plus.
