Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Design Architect to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning
- Prepare drawings, 3D designs, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams
- Oversee project execution to ensure design accuracy and quality
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
- Supervise site work and resolve design-related issues
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Stay updated with latest design trends and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software
- Strong design, space planning, and visualization skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of materials, costing, and vendor management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
