Medical Representative / Pharma Field Sales Executive
Vartika Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is a leading WHO-GMP and ISO-certified manufacturer of high-purity sterile Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), antibiotics, general injectables, and specialty molecules.
We are expanding our marketing division and looking for a results-driven Pharma Field Sales Executive (Medical Representative) to drive our B2B domestic market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Field Business Development: Meet regularly with institutional buyers, hospitals, distribution stockists, and pharmaceutical formulation partners to promote our sterile API and product portfolio.
- Product Detailing: Effectively convey the technical specifications, purity standards, and WHO-GMP compliance advantages of our API and injectable range to decision-makers.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients, resolving queries swiftly and securing repeat bulk orders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, tracking competitor pricing, products, and strategy to report back to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc. (Chemistry/Bio-Sciences), or a related degree with a keen understanding of pharmaceutical compounds is highly preferred.
- Field Sales Alignment: Strong willingness to handle independent field travel and daily outdoor client visits.
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality for B2B negotiations.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Pharma Sales / Medical Representative roles (Freshers with a strong science background and willingness to learn are welcome).
- Transportation: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily local field movement.
