ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO or call centre
Experience handling US customers is preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Graduates and undergraduates can apply
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts
No cab facility will be provided
