Barista Helper – Job Description
Position: Barista Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist baristas in daily café operations.
- Prepare ingredients, syrups, and beverage garnishes.
- Support coffee preparation and service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Wash and organize cups, pitchers, and café equipment.
- Refill supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and takeaway items.
- Assist with customer service and order handover.
- Follow café hygiene and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn specialty coffee and café operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior café or hospitality experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
