About Us:
StudentInk is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager who is passionate about transforming education through digital solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions while driving revenue through consultative and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for key stakeholders, including principals, trustees, and management teams.
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with their operational workflows.
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–7 years of experience in sales (EdTech or SaaS experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-directed with a strong sales mindset.
Hands-on experience in product demos, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable learning software workflows and working with CRM dashboards.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and institutional presentations when required.
